Are you ZATCA Phase 2 compliant?

Yes. We build ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) compliant invoicing pipelines including the clearance integration, reporting integration, CSID provisioning, QR code generation, XML schema validation, and certificate lifecycle management. Every Saudi implementation includes ZATCA Phase 2 by default unless explicitly out of scope.

Do you handle WPS payroll?

Yes. WPS-compliant SIF file generation is built into our Saudi Odoo deployments — including the bank-specific WPS formats (Riyad, SNB, ANB, AlRajhi). Payroll posts to GOSI deductions automatically. We can also run parallel WPS validation against legacy systems during migration cut-over.

Do you support GOSI integration?

Yes. GOSI employee registration, contributions calculation, and reporting are part of every Saudi HR / Payroll implementation. We integrate with the GOSI portal where API access is available, and provide structured data exports otherwise.

Can the system run on Hijri calendar?

Yes. Both Umm al-Qura and astronomical Hijri calendars are supported with Gregorian dual-display. Important: we use Umm al-Qura by default (the Saudi government standard) unless a specific business need calls for astronomical Hijri. We have a specific localisation checklist that prevents the common 'looks done, isn't done' bugs in Hijri rendering.

Where will our data be hosted?

Saudi client data can be hosted on KSA-resident infrastructure: STC Cloud, Mobily Cloud, or self-hosted Odoo on a Saudi cloud provider. Mainline Systems' own internal CRM is on Odoo.sh (EU-hosted) until our Saudi MISA branch is operational, but client production data routinely sits on KSA-resident infrastructure where required by procurement or PDPL.

Are you a registered Saudi entity?

We operate as Mainline Systems OÜ (Estonia OÜ, EU-incorporated). A Saudi MISA 100% foreign-owned services license is on our roadmap for year 2 of operations. Until then, we operate in Saudi via our EU parent and partner relationships, with senior delivery for KSA clients fully supported. Founder travels regularly to Saudi for in-country presence on major engagements.

Can you migrate us from SAP, Oracle, or legacy ERP?

Yes. SAP B1 / SAP S/4HANA / Oracle ERP / Microsoft Dynamics / legacy migrations are a core specialty. We handle data migration, parallel-run validation, ZATCA-compliant cut-over, and post-go-live hypercare. Vision 2030 giga-project suppliers and mid-market companies modernising from legacy systems are a primary buyer profile.

What's your experience with Vision 2030 government work?

We position for Vision 2030 mid-market — companies that are giga-project suppliers, supply chain to government programmes, or directly modernising operations to align with Vision 2030 sectoral plans. Direct government / public sector contracting requires Saudi entity registration and is on our roadmap once MISA is operational.

Do you have Saudi references we can speak to?

We are in our launch quarter. Reference clients are studio-track and being built through 2026. We are transparent about this — not pretending to have legacy logos we don't. Early-engagement clients receive preferential pricing in exchange for being a documented case study.
