The integrated operational stackfor growing operations.
Modern ERP as the system of record. Custom applications, AI agents, and the integrations your operations need — built and supported by one accountable team.
We are a systems integrator, not an ERP implementation shop. The product is the integrated stack — ERP plus everything that extends it.
We compete in the underserved middle: technical depth, productized delivery, integrated solutions.

Integrated stack — ERP++
Modern ERP plus AI agents plus custom apps plus mobile, delivered by one accountable team — not stitched together across vendors. Odoo is our anchor; we're fluent across SAP, Dynamics, and NetSuite when migrations require it.

Technical credibility
Built for complex implementations and migrations from SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, and legacy systems — not just out-of-the-box deployments.
03
Productized pricing
Fixed-price scopes tied to outcomes. Discovery, implementation, modules, AI projects, AMC tiers — never opaque T&M.
04
Reliability over body-shop variance
Senior delivery owner on every engagement. Documented methodology. Quality and continuity, not lowest hourly rate.

Custom Application Development
Customer portals, field-ops apps, marketplaces, internal tools — built around the ERP core, shipped by senior engineers.
AI and Automation Layer
AI agents embedded in your operational stack, document intelligence, predictive analytics. Premium capability that pure ERP partners cannot match.
Integrations and Data
ERP-to-business-tool integrations, data pipelines, BI dashboards. The plumbing that makes the integrated stack credible at scale.

Frequently asked questions
What clients ask before our first call.
What does Mainline Systems actually do?
We are a productized ERP++ systems integrator. We anchor your operations on modern ERP — Odoo preferred, with senior experience across SAP B1, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite — then extend it with custom applications, AI agents, integrations, BI, and tiered managed services. The product is the integrated stack, delivered by one accountable senior team, not stitched together across vendors.
How is this different from a typical Odoo or SAP partner?
Pure ERP partners configure the platform. We build and own the integrated stack: ERP plus AI plus custom apps plus mobile plus integrations plus managed services. One team, one SOW, one accountable senior delivery owner — vs the typical three-to-five-vendor patchwork.
Where is Mainline Systems based?
We are an EU-incorporated company headquartered in Estonia (Mainline Systems OÜ), with senior delivery for clients across Europe, the GCC, and globally. We have a specialised practice for Saudi Arabia for Vision 2030 mid-market work.
Can you migrate us from SAP, Dynamics, or NetSuite?
Yes. Migrations from SAP B1, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, and legacy on-prem ERPs are a core specialty. Our methodology was built for these complex programs, including data migration, parallel-run validation, and cut-over runbooks.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements start with a paid Sprint Discovery (3 days, $1,300) or a full Discovery & Scoping engagement (1–2 weeks, $4,000–$9,300). We then scope a fixed-price implementation: SME ($21,000–$48,000, 8–14 weeks) or mid-market ($67,000–$160,000, 16–24 weeks). Most clients commit to a Year-1 Foundation Bundle that includes a 12-month AMC at a 10% bundle discount.
Do you do time-and-materials engagements?
No. Productized fixed-price scopes is one of our differentiators. T&M is used only for change orders inside an existing fixed-price engagement, not as a primary engagement model.
What are AMC tiers and how are they priced?
Annual Maintenance Contracts come in three tiers: Bronze ($800/month, 4 hours, next-business-day SLA), Silver ($2,130/month, 12 hours, 4-business-hour SLA), and Gold ($4,800+/month base, 30+ hours, 1-business-hour critical SLA). Gold has transparent uplifts per additional legal entity, AI agent, or heavy custom module. 5% discount for prepaid 12-month commitment.
How quickly can you start?
We can begin a Sprint Discovery within 1–2 weeks of contract sign. A full Discovery typically starts within 2–3 weeks. Implementations begin 4–6 weeks after Discovery completion (the gap covers proposal sign-off, contracting, and project kickoff prep).
Do you have a Saudi practice?
Yes. We operate a specialised practice for Saudi Arabia tailored to Vision 2030 mid-market clients — ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, WPS payroll, GOSI integration, Hijri calendar, Arabic-first UX, and Saudi data residency on STC Cloud or Mobily Cloud. Saudi clients see local pricing in SAR. See /saudi for the deep-dive.
What if our project is more than 6 months of work?
Single-SOW engagements over 24 weeks fail more often, scope-creep more, and erode delivery quality. Anything we estimate above 24 weeks is split into v1 and v2 SOWs with a UAT and go-live between them. The v2 SOW is signed once v1 is in production.
